Creative Expression

Creative Expression is the outpouring of the heart and soul. It is to be nurtured, called forth, and supported openly and freely. Music, art, dance, and writing allow us to express who we really are. It is a way to go deep within and get to know the most intimate part of our beings. Then when we share that with the world, they too are moved from within. Art and expression are a powerful force.

In a supportive environment we use Art as a tool for Self exploration and creative expression. It is the process of creativity not the product that is important. We learn to listen to our authentic inner voice, our intuition, and develop our own images. We experience confidence in who we are and in our abilities, and learn to trust and respect ourselves and one another. Creativity is a process that connects us to ourselves and it’s joyous!
